He is currently empaneled with the Bombay High Court, Presolv360, Sama, and the World Mediation Organization. The Bombay High Court has appointed him as a Mediator in several cases. He has independently conducted approximately 45 Ad-hoc Mediations, 40 institutional Mediations through Sama, and 10 institutional Mediations through CMC. The Ad-hoc Mediations have primarily involved Delay Claims in Construction disputes and Commercial disputes. The High Court Mediations were focused on family disputes. Mediations with Sama were centered on money recovery disputes, while the CMC Mediations were commercial suits referred to by the Courts. Languages – English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Marwari Area of Expertise – Real Estate, Commercial Disputes, Corporate Dispute, Infrastructure Projects,Trust Matters and Corporate Disputes.
