Enrolled as an Advocate with Bar Council of Delhi in 1990, having more than 34 years of practice in law and an ADR professional with expertise in dispute resolution through mediation, arbitration and negotiation. One of the first trained mediators of the Supreme Court of India, a Senior Mediator with over 15 years’ experience in civil, commercial, international and matrimonial mediations. Extensive experience in conducting training programs and coaching professional mediators, young lawyers, professionals and students. Empaneled as an expert mediator and arbitrator with various prestigious National & International Institutions. Working closely with the Department of Consumer Affairs, GOI in organizing Lok Adalat and conducting Capacity Building Programs for the Members of Consumer Commissions. With a career spanning over 34 years in Litigation, in the last 15 years she has devoted herself as Peace- towards the promotion and development of ADR in resolving disputes, and bringing peace in society and to deliver ‘Justice’ in its true sense.
